President Biden’s Anti-Poverty efforts lifted millions of children out of poverty. This was the largest single-year decline in child poverty on record. The Canadian Government led the world with its progressive International Feminist Development Agenda when it hosted the G7 Summit in 2018. Prime Minister Trudeau made a game-changing investment in women’s grassroots funds and girls’ education, as did President Macron in 2019. Japan and the UAE have also taken a significant lead.
The U.S., Canada, the UAE, France and Japan are invited to take a global leadership role on the world stage to be powerful advocates for this mission by impacting global policy at the G20 Summit.
Our time to deliver a historic decline in poverty is now. We are at choice as a human family.
